One price. No hourly surprises.
Simple will package
Will, health care proxy, durable power of attorney, and HIPAA release. For one person; $1,450 for a couple.
Revocable trust package
Everything in the will package plus a revocable living trust, pour over will, and deed work to fund it. $3,900 for a couple.
Plan review and update
Bring your existing documents. We review them, tell you what still works, and update what does not.
Two meetings, then done.
The first meeting is an hour: who is in your life, what you own, what you want to happen. Daniel drafts within a week and sends the documents with a plain English cover memo. The second meeting is signing, with witnesses and a notary in the room.
After that we keep a copy, remind you every three years, and update the plan at a flat fee when life changes.
